Back on the Jillian train

It's been about a month since I did my Jillian religiously. I really don't want to lose everything I gained.

So, John "acquired" the Shred videos for me again and I did Shred 1 today. At the end of June I was dying for Shred 3, not that I was whipping through these like nothing, but they were getting easier and I was looking for more of a challenge.

It's going to be awhile before I hit Shred 3. Hell, I've never even SEEN Shred 3, I wasn't even sure there was one! I thought maybe it was a myth! But no, it's real, I know people who have seen it, who have done it and soon, if I can ever stand up again without weeping, I can do it too.

I'm still best friends with my bike. I ride it all I can. Still riding every day to work which is not only good for me, but can save me roughly 4.50 to 7 bucks a day. I dig that too.

I'm keeping weight and maybe even losing a little, albeit very very slowly. But that's fine for me. I just want to be strong. I'm "skinny" enough for me now, now I just want some definition.

So back to Jillian it is, I don't want to admit it, but I kind of missed her. I love her.

This is another one of those blog posts where I just wish I could click a "like" button. :)

I did the Shred again 2 days ago and then biked to work yesterday and my knees are miserable and my butt hurts and it hurts to walk and sit and do anything but sleep. I don't know if I'll ever make it to Shred 2. HAHA! I just rebought a knee brace cause I dont want to be incapacitated everytime I bike, so I am going to shoot for once a week. But yeah. Damn that Shred. it is amazing.

Funny, I did Shrek 3 and can't stand up without crying, and my butt is super sore.

Heh, I have to admit the Shrek 3 comment made me giggle.
