It doesn't make me smile like the Whopper

Oh my gosh. I’m so busy, when did it all get so busy? Planning weddings and working out and being an adult and getting things done, it makes for busy days!

I can’t believe how fast this week has gone already. Whew.

Okay, few things for today.
First off let us say our goodbyes to Sir Edmund Hillary, the first man to climb Everest. No telescopes, no oxygen in May 1953. Amazing. And yes, there's all kinds of hulabaloo on whether Hillary Clinton (who told Sir Edmund in 1995 that she) was actually named after him or not. You can check out that story here.

Second of all, I know most of you know that I love cheeseburgers. I love all kinds, but the kind I love the most, in fast food realm, is the Whopper. I love Burger King overall, best chicken sandwiches, best burgers, I personally love their fries, their breakfast sandwiches are the best (hello sausage egg croissanwich, YUM), all their food is way better than Mickey D’s or even Wendys.

Lately I have asked friends and family to say hello to Burger Kings when passing by. Because friends, BK’s are like plants, and they need love and acknowledgement to grow healthy and strong. I don’t want Mickey D’s stealing light from the top of the canopy you know what I mean?

A friend sent me this morning, I can’t tell if its real, I don’t think the dudes are actors…or it’s a brilliant take off of the commercials showing now, I don’t know, but I want to marry it:

I have a fun weekend coming up, friends and family and reception venue hunting. My lord. I did just write that didn’t I?

John told me at lunch he got Sneakers on HD DVD, one of my favorite movies of all time. And, he told me he got Mission Impossible, one of my favorite movies of all time. Marrying him is the right thing to do.
