I have not really gotten dressed in days. I wake up, pull whatever looks relatively warm and gray in color, out of my dresser and put it on.
I thought I was handling the stress pretty well until last night. I had the most disturbing "hair falling out" dream anyone has ever had. I usually am not so obvious in my dreaming, but this one takes the cake.
I woke up so much less stressed this morning because I still have my hair.
I'm going to be okay, but I still have A LOT of work to do.
I got an iphone.
Why did I get an iphone 6 days before the book was due? No idea. But all I want to do is play with my iphone.
Rahm? Okay.

I hope you don't mind that I giggled at this just a little bit.
After your book is done, we really need to talk about that lunch. I have some stories to tell you and some stuff to run by you.
And really, if we're meant to be BFF's, lunches are sorta mandatory. :)
Melisa! I'm looking forward to March 1st with a vengeance and am so happy to be going to lunch with you soon afterward.
Thank you so much for your support, it really is excellent.
:) iPhone... sigh. A vision I can't fully comprehend. You fancy author with your fancy phone.
Good luck on the book!
Any friend of Melisa's is a friend of mine. I'm envious that you are both writing. I keep TALKING about it, but not doing it. And by the way, re. your dream, I had one on Sat. night that a psyche patient hanged herself above the toilet in my bathroom. AYYY! Woke up screaming. I'm glad you have your hair :)
Thank you to everyone for the kind words!
It totally helps.
And Mamakamp? Scariest dream ever.
