It's all just too much!

Oh India.

You are so elusive, rearing your beautiful head while everything around us in insane.

I can't even concentrate on you right now, there is so much happening around you. Books and tours and holidays and turkeys and christmases and trying to gather photographs of comedians...I barely know what day we leave and what day we come back.

When we went to Thailand we were both out of work. We spent days and days researching where we were going, watching countless episodes of Rudy Maxa, hours on the internet finding places to stay, what the neighborhoods were like...

Now, we had to make time to go and get our visas.

Don't get me wrong, I'm excited, hella excited, but it seems so surreal, so out there, so foreign, so far away.

But then I wonder India, if this is exactly how we should travel you. There's no way to prepare oneself for coming to see you, there is nothing that we can really know that we don't already.

Maybe this is exactly the way it's supposed to be....right?
