John and I decided awhile ago that a good test after P90X would be to do all of the Shred videos, all in a row.
It seemed like a good test.
I remember just getting to level 3 Shreds before I started P90X and I thought it'd be a really nice way to measure my fitness!
So this morning, I did just that.
