John is okay, he has to go back in a few weeks and we’ll see what happens then!

He’s taking me for sushi tonight so I can learn to like it for when I’m ready to give up meat! Do you think this just happens or do I pick a day? I think it’s kind of already happening….

Anyway, I have some things to discuss:

I did something for the very first time yesterday…I gave money to a campaign. I’ve never done that before. Hillary better pay me back! Kidding…I gave money to Obama, you better believe I did. I know he has plenty, but I wanted to feel a part of it, so boom, there you go Obes, buy yourself something pretty.

I’ve been hearing rumblings about McCain winning…and I just can’t believe it. First of all, that is FIVE months away. Do you know how much has happened in FIVE months of this damn primary? How things have gone her way/his way/their way, Rev. Wright, Bill Ayers, Bosnia…I mean come on people….we have not even begun to turn the headlights on to McCain. Of course it seems like he’s going to win! No one has attacked him yet!

Except for his own party…booya!

Seriously though, don’t forget, I listen to Limbaugh and Hannity, they don’t like McCain anymore than Obama does, trust me….McCain is a mess. A MESS.

Also, I’m really trying to figure out my feelings on Hillary and feminism and sexism and the lot…this whole thing of crying “sexism” is offputting I think. I’m not denying its there, for sure it is, very subtle it is too, the nutcrackers and whatever…but you can't tell me that having to triumph over sexism is more of a battle than Obama having to triumph over racism. They both have had to fight some vicious battles; there is just no reason for using this as an excuse. I hate to say it…but Obama has not used racism as an excuse, not once. He could though…he could.

And Bill…please oh please, I love you as much as anyone, truly….but please, there is no cover up, there is no conspiracy, this is not a fluke. It is/was a close race, but this is the way it is. It just is.

Anyway, I can’t stand the pictures of the Indians in Brazil they found, holding up their bows and arrows to an airplane, I can’t stand it. I hope to god we leave those people alone.

And dude, Will Smith is giving money to Scientology school? COME ON. Bill, Will, everyone, can we just pull it together a little over here?

Okay, we’re off to Wisco this weekend to meet John’s new nephew! Turner!
