I can’t even bear to go through with I’m So Hot Thursday Valentines edition.

So the most interesting things I have to talk about is that my neck still hurts, I can’t exercise, I sit and watch TV all night and love it so much I can’t stand it. I’m perfectly happy not to leave the house, not to do anything creative, not to exercise (actually, this warm up makes me want to RUN OUTSIDE LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE IN NORMAL CITIES DO).
I have an 8K to train for goddamnit! I need to do the things I need to do and I can’t do them and if I can’t do them than I’m not doing anything!
You may wonder why I’m not waxing romantically about my wonderful Beyonce on this fine Valentine’s afternoon (fine my ass, I’m considering 35 degrees a WARM UP? Pathetic), but I’m not. Because long ago we changed our Valentine’s Day to March 9th. I don’t know why; don’t ask me why, because we did. Restaurants are empty, I get flowers when no one else does, and its romantic.
So tonight I’ll just go home, sit on the couch, watch Survivor and Lost and know that that’s what I want to do whether its Valentines Day or not.
It should be my night to cross training, but NO, I get to try and beat the winter blues without the benefits of exercise! ISNT THAT GREAT?!
Sigh.
