Bear...Oh my

So, since its America’s birthday, I wouldn’t expect much from me for almost a week. YAY! I’m out Monday and Tuesday next week, and of course the 4th too. YAY! So, try not to miss me too much.

I have a couple of things I want you to get up on:

Get up on Stephen King’s essays in the back of Entertainment Weekly. Man, I love his essays. This week in particular was a favorite, but they’re all awesome. Just get up on Stephen King in general.

Please will someone get up on, or let me get up on Bear Grylls from Man vs. Wild. John suggested I put him in Kinda Hot Wednesday, but I can’t, because Bear is TOTALLY hot and he’s a total stud and there is nothing "kinda" about him. I didn’t really realize this until I saw him on Oprah, where he was so cute and adorable and not “tough guy” at all. Get up on Bear. Oh please.



The Merchandise Mart. Since I get up early because of the dog, I tend to have some time in the mornings to waste. I’m not one to sit around the house and drink coffee and read the paper. I take a shower, and leave. But the Mart got all these great chairs and couches, and it’s a really nice, chilly in the summer, place to read and relax and read before I go to work.

Trimming your own eyebrows….I look like a crazy woman.
