Sometimes I think I’m so funny. I’ll be posting something on Chicagoist tomorrow that cracks me up, however, I truly have to worry that most of the people that read the site think I am a huge freak. And maybe I am, but I’m the Books & Literature Contributor, and if people don’t like it, or think I’m very strange, so be it.
Look for it y’all.
I’m still new enough at writing that I think if I can please myself, it must pass along to the readers, that somehow, they will consider me charming, and not slightly retarded.
I have a friend who hit a rough patch out there, I’m sorry my friend. I don’t know what else to tell you except that I love you, you are stronger than you believe, and go ahead for now and live in the future, f that Buddhist stuff, you’ll feel better eventually, and until then, just get through it.
I am a wonderful spiritual guide no?
The only other thing I wanted to mention today was my lady dog. Although Remo is a card carrying member of the male dog race, I learned a few nights ago that he is really a lady. I noticed this while we were out walking, and Remo hopped lightly over the puddles in the sidewalk.
Puddles. He jumped over…puddles. These were not rivers or lakes by any means, but tiny pools of water. He would do anything to get around them, and to watch him lightly hop over each one was pretty enjoyable.
