Okay Okay, thank you to Dan for helping me out with the Fed Ex question. A “D”? Really? Huh…seems pretty f-ing brilliant to me. But my question is more, how does a package to Bumblefuck, Iowa get there? One guy has to drive all that way from the closest airport? I mean, how does this work? And how is it that packages don’t get lost ALL THE TIME? And if they don’t get lost at the FedEx, then how come they can’t use the same system at the airport, where bags get lost ALL THE TIME?
I just think it’s fascinating. Maybe it’s just me.
Dog is good, he’s making us tired though. He doesn’t sleep through the night and I think we’ve been a little easy on him. We keep him out of his crate a lot, and due to his age and his sex, I think he’s testing us. He tests me a lot, staring right at me as he steals something from the garbage, or grabbing my backpack and dragging it across the floor. So I do my alpha-dog “NO” and sometimes it seems to work and sometimes it just doesn’t. So…we’re working on it. But this morning he woke me up at 6:30, a good half hour before I need to be up, so we took an extra long walk, on a beautiful spring morning, and it clears my head and makes me smile, and that is all worth it, right?
Other than that, things are busy, work is busy, I’m busy, John’s busy, my family is busy, everyone’s busy.
Must be spring.
