Fridine

WOW 3:43 on a Friday, and I thought it was around 3:00, although busy, that is one of the greatest things ever.

I went to a training meeting today, on the new software our office of the building is implementing. It was a ridiculous meeting, as most meetings inherently are. But this one, this one was even worse, for a reason I CANNOT figure out.

The speaker, the trainer, the public guy of this software, was so incredibly boring and completely impossible to understand.

I’ve decided that this is my new job. For petes sakes people. If you’re going to be training a ton of people on a new software that is pretty logical to understand in the first place, then at least make it halfway interesting and understandable. I would fire this software company immediately just for sending this guy over.

now I give weekly training meetings on our own software, and I like to think I cut the fluff and I like to throw in a bit here and there for godsakes. Everyone enjoys a good bit, especially Friday morning in a two hour training meeting.

I looked around the meeting and laughed watching everyone trying to keep their eyes open, as soon as I was done with that, I laughed trying to keep my own damn eyes open.

So bring it on, the day went by fast, I had a good laugh with my co worker and some ladies in the doughnut room (seriously, thank god for the doughnut room) and was interested in the fact that the guy that runs our building reminds me of a guy I used to “know biblically” and now I find the guy strangely attractive.

Deep thoughts.
