Thanks to lots of people for helping me!

Speedy helped me get a massage lady, I'm going today at 1:00, a lady right by my house! Thanks Speedy! (was going thursday, but eff it, why live in pain? WHY?).

Thank you to John especially, who last night brought me home a depressing mixture of Ben Gay and Doan's back pills.

And when I looked at those two items and wept about being old, John insisted these were the tools of people who are "active", not old. What a sweet pea he is. He can't fool me, but I appreciate the fact that he tried.

I've watched way too much TV, balanced on the ice too much, have eaten too many dark chocolate kisses...I don't like hurt me, I want regular me back please.
