ACK!

What happened to my quiet life? ACK! Where did it go?

So let’s see, Friday night…seems like forever ago, Friday night I believe I did nothing.
Saturday I woke up, and left for my tour. It was a great tour, and I had one guy give me a “large” tip. When he got off the boat he was telling me how much he enjoyed it and then asked me the fateful question:“Have you ever read The Fountainhead?” BOOYA! Don’t get me started! He had just finished it and we had a good time gushing over it. Fun.

Then I ran to Market Days to possibly scope out some music video locations. Then I ran home, had a “preproduction” meeting with my friend Lisa, who is awesome at this kind of stuff, then I had a quick dinner with friends and went home to rest up for shooting day.

Sunday woke up early, ran, cleaned the ENTIRE house, walked the dog, gathered materials and headed out in the hot sun with my brother, Lisa, my friend Ross and myself.

Well, we filmed alright, I have no idea if what we got is even decent, we’ll see tonight. But my friends and my brother are so completely awesome. This show should be called “Impress These Apes With How Awesome Your Friends Are” because honestly between last week (video posted at bottom) with Sabrina making the whole scene and this week with Lisa making production schedules and shoot lists, and Ross being hilarious and Andrew filming, well…I couldn’t ask for better. Last night I just crashed my ass and didn’t move for almost 3 hours. I couldn’t.
Anyway, they should just call my music video “sweaty lady video” because I think that will be the one constant.

So between the book, Apes, tours and general work, my head is once again spinning. But man, its spinning with creativity and it feels….delicious.
