Welcome!

Well, tooth still achy. Must call dentist tomorrow. It’s just not right.

But let’s move on to something a little more exciting eh? I’ve started a new blog at http://www.ilovemytv.blogspot.com/. It's over at the right too, if you ever want to do a quick switch. I love writing about TV! I love doing it for Chicagoist, but more writing never hurt anyone right? I think the new blog will be more … philosophical maybe, I’m not going to post every day but maybe once or twice a week. Check it out if you love TV as much as I do, especially the reality kind. I’ll probably start putting Survivor Recap Friday over there as well. So yeah, take a peek. I’ll still write about TV here every once in awhile, if I have something quick to say, so yeah…

ANYWAY,

Let’s talk about TV on this blog!

As I was convalescing with my tooth, I watched more television than any person should be allowed to do, here is what I consumed:

One episode of the Pussycat Dolls

Six episodes of Buffy (last season is running now, Xander’s just about to lose his eye…man, the foreshadowing about this is intense)

Two episodes of Planet Earth, I’m really digging this, but it does seem pointless without HD

One episode of the Real World

One episode of the Hills. (Did you all know that LC is dating Chris Richardson? LOVE IT)

One episode of Friday Night Lights (please see new blog)

One episode of Survivor (this was on my vicodin trip, I barely remember what happened)

Five episodes of the last season of Alias. Which I really like, if she wasn’t pregnant the whole time, it would have been just fine. I miss the good ole Alias days.

One episode of Oprah about autistic kids

One episode of Entourage-nice to have you back boys

One episode of The Sopranos

The back half of “Mean Girls”

The back half of “The Party Never Stops-Diary of a Binge Drinker”

One viewing of “The Reaping” with Ms. Swank. Now known in our household as “The Raping”

One Cosmopolitan Magazine

One National Enquirer

One Entertainment Weekly

Phew.

Thank God for Tivo huh? Otherwise I would have been watching Judge Judy the whole time.
