New Year

Back to the drawing board eh everyone?

S’okay. I had a nice long vacation, I did barely anything (yet got stuff done) and enjoyed time with my luvah, my dog and my Guitar Hero, oh and Zelda too, don’t think I forgot you little Link. But its okay to be back at work, I cleaned my desk, put away loose papers and am getting ready to start on some of my “project”. So yeah. Could be worse.

Anyway, here’s my list of “How you know the holidays over”

1. Now you REALLY can’t fit into the pants you didn’t fit into before.

2. You still didn’t get anything done in the apartment.

3. Your mom has relaxed enough to be able to have a normal conversation.

4. Good TV is starting back up again.

5. Your “wheel of vodka” is noticeably empty.

6. You have carpal tunnel from too much Guitar Hero.

7. You see pictures from New Year’s Eve and think “Oh hey! Now I remember that!”

8. Houses with Christmas lights on them just look kind of sad now.

9. Your sock drawer is MUCH fuller.

10. You dropped off all three Netflix in the mail today.

11. A salad sounds delicious.

Now get back to work.

PS: For anyone who cares, I'm getting rid of all the books from last year and starting again! YAY! Newest books on top. And if you care, please note that "Hannibal Rising" sucks eggs. Not worth it.
