A good day? Really?

Here is an email I just received from a fellow docent:

Hi, Margaret. My sponsor/your certifier, Traci, told me one day while we were out practicing my Modern Tour that you have a great presentation style on your tours. I'd like to take one of your Modern Tours and this way kill two birds with one stone. First, as new docents, one requirement is that we have to take four (I think) tours this first year, and have a docent sign off that we took the tour, so I'll meet part of that requirement. Second, quite frankly, I'm still working out how to present Mies - I've given one Modern Tour thus far and it went well, but I'd like to see how other recent docents handle Modernism. Please let me know when you're scheduled for your next Modern Tour. Thanks.

HA YAH! I have a great presentation style? Who knew? WE ALL DID, WE ALL KNEW! I’m good at this stuff! YIP! Who knows what to do with it, but that was about the best email I could have gotten. I’m very pleased.

I leave for camping with my main squeeze tomorrow, a trip to the Dells on a rainy weekend. But neither one of us cares, just get me outta here! We’ll be waterparking and casinoing and hotdogging. Can’t wait. We’re going to an “adult” campsite where children are strongly discouraged, there’s a bar and karaoke and all kinds of fun things. Weird.

Ooh, I’m having fun with the candidates in the lobby today, my job is definitely more fun when I’m in a good mood.

This is all I have for today my blog, I cannot write anymore as my good mood spaz factor is too high. My typing is all messed djujfisodafjisd up.
