On the Road again, huh?

Okay, so I’m reading “On the Road” reading and reading. And as I’m reading, I’m excited about the big drug story in front of me.

And it doesn’t happen.

I mean, this guy is drinking a little bit, but he’s not tripping all over the place. And I’m wondering if it just starts out slowly. I’m so confused.

So I mention this to J. and he says, “are you thinking of Fear and Loathing?” And yes indeed, that’s precisely what I’m thinking. That was the book I meant to buy and the book I thought I was reading. So…yip…On the Road. I get it. Beat Generation and all that. He’s still just riding in a car trying to get some. I want drug stories.

I am finally moved! It’s done, I’m officially domestic and feel old and pregnant already.

I highly recommend EVERYONE get a bicycle. Not only is it completely efficient, it is good for you and makes you feel like you’re five years old. I love my bike. And it just about saved my life this weekend after a long stressful few days…I took an hour ride on me bike and felt so completely better. I’m actually not sure what would have happened had it not been for that ride. I think I would have exploded.

I also watched Shaun of the Dead. Good movie, very cute, I laughed quite a few times and I’m not the biggest fan of the Brits or their sense of humor, so there to the Brits.

I gave a tour this weekend and got applause! Without lying to them and telling them they were my first! I got applause anyway! And I got a bunch who migrated from the other guys group to my group. It was great. I’m an awesome docent.

Other than that I’m excited for summer, camping and the new Dairy Queen at Grace and Southport.

Everything might just be alright with the world.

If you want a good drug story, I've got Electric Kool Aid Acid Test. It's chock full of drugs and stuff.
