I know I know, total nerd.

Done and done!

I did it! I am officially certified for the Architecture of Culture and Commerce tour! I’m so excited that I don’t need to worry about this tour anymore. Until I give it I suppose. But it was a beautiful day yesterday, I had given the tour to my friends the week before and it just turned out quite well if I do say so meself. It’s going to be truly bizarre to actually give a tour to a group of people, I’m going to freak out.

My certifier was awesome and nice and young and not a stickler for stuff, which I appreciated. She is however, an historian, which scared me.

Now I just need to get sponsored for my Modern Skyscrapers tour and I’ll be good to go! Then I need to give 13 tours before 12/31 and go on 5 more additional tours as part of a final project. So even though I’m almost done, I’m not even close to almost done!

After my tour I went to crash in Millennium Park and there was hardly anyone there right around 12:00. I closed my eyes, opened them about 12:45 and the park was packed! It was awesome! Then my brother and some friends showed up and we had one of those afternoons of actually sitting in the park with friends and chatting, it was lovely.

Then home to John wanting to bbq and have people over, which turned out to be really nice and a great group of people.

All in all a really nice weekend.

Tonight, The Bachelor! This new guy is a total wad.
